No bold, that is so unprofessional. If you want to emphasize words that are not naturally emphasized by simply reading it you use italic or rewrite sentence.

Bold and underscores are both relics of history, they were necessary with typewriters, nowadays they are useless and only signal amateurs.

Please don't take this hard, I am just pointing out what is considered normal.

Lately the newposts have looked unprofessional with way too much chat-language and childish-jokes.

If you just want to keep the majority of the community happy (-15 year olds), then just continue with this.

But if you want some potential sponsors from outside considering putting money into this site - then that's not the way. Period.

Of course headlines are ok though.
