Hello everyone,

Today, we would like to present you the XJ Premiere movie called kzro_darkfury 2.0,

who performed an amazing run on kzro_darkfury, edited in a magnificent movie by

. The creativity and atmosphere of this progressive creation are so pleasant to watch, truly some hard work had been put into this project, these visuals, animations and much more details. It's their second time performing on this map and after 4 years, we can see how both individuals got better in their field.

blackelf : You might remember the ROTW#209 with fykseN from the end of 2018, and you can probably agree it had a big room for improvement.
Well, the run got improved by shooting a star with a massive edge bug shortcut and then
fykseN himself took back the record, so the edit had to improve as well.

I wanted this to be my best work yet, so I tried methods that I have never tried before and studied how it’s done properly. This meant I’d run into any problems I have never faced before, which is one of the reasons why this took so long to deliver. I had to invent new methods to “create” rain without doing complicated particle simulations and had to make the floor react to this rain. And this was all combined with long render times, and disk space management problems.

Looking back I don’t know if I’d ever step into this project knowing how long it would take and what I’d go through, but I’m thankful for the experience and all the new valuable knowledge I’ve earned.

I am glad blackelf came this far in his moviemaking abilities, you are probably on the IceVip and Korban tier list.

Yeah, it’s pretty frustrating to us as well, I understand the negative feedback. YouTube kills the quality and bitrate, blackelf did what he could to make it work. You can still download the movie and watch it on your PC.

Also, I feel like blackelf’s PC literally reached the limit while editing and rendering this movie. The quality couldn’t go any higher.

I'm rly glad to see people still interested in the kz world and dedicate some hard work and their time in order to make content/stuff for the kz community after all these years.

just a tad too dark else it would fit the theme well. rain looks awesome, high level moviemaking from blackelf. other issue i have is after the EB the music goes hardcore as if we r gonna see some amazing combos and then we see fyksen space jumping the rest of the map.
